As you should already know, Jagex released stellardawn.com with forums, concept art, and a video. Do you think it was too early of a release or do you think Jagex was better off grabbing members for their upcoming game early?
Debate away! ;)
Should Jagex have released the site 6+ months early?

In my own opinion, they did a great job planning and sketching up the site. Releasing the site early allows them to gather more players for their game. Though, some may lose interest before the game is released, due to all the hype. A climax of their excitement might occur, leaving them with no hope of the game. I'm on the edge of whether or not I approve of this. I'm glad they released the site, and very excited for the future of Stellar Dawn, but player count wise, was is better to release it now or later?

I think it was good of Jagex to release the site so soon. It has helped form a solid community of mature players, because the immature players are too impatient to hang around waiting for the release. I hope that I will be able become friends with some of the active members of the official SD forums, because they are great people and fun to talk to. =P
